Responsibilities & Duties:  

• Handle daily existing client requests through internal communication
• Make sure that all clients requirement is met.
• Daily project follow-up.
• Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers
• Prepare daily and post project reports, and relevant workflow documents.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met internally and externally.
• Finalizing and receiving production files from creative
• Keeping in contact with the client at all stages and Checking and reporting on progress to the client.
• Handling amendments demanded from the client.
• Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
• Conducting the won projects under the supervision the senior account manager.
• Handling projects with the execution team.
• Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.

Qualifications: 

•  BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or relevant field
•  4-7 years of experience in similar position.
•  Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines.
•  Excellent in English
