Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor / technical degree in Hospitality Management or any relevant field.  
  • 2 years of experience in the same field.  
  • Very Good English.  
  • Active listener, service oriented and can handle pressure.  
  • Attentive to details and multitasked.  
  • Dynamic with a great teamwork spirit. 

 

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Checks bad quality, labels & expiry date of products and report it to his direct report.  
  • Keeps his/her station and area clean and filled at all times as per the Par Level Preparation  
  • Makes sure that his/her section in clean and cutleries are clean and ready to be used.  
  • Makes sure to produce best items with best quality & design as per our standards.  
  • Makes sure to produce best items with best timing in order to WOWing the Guests’ expectations.  
  • Cleans his / her station and makes sure to take out all bad quality products during closing.  
  • Make sure to cook within safe temperature & zone and prepares his / her section and fills it for next shift.  
  • Attends to work fully dressed as per our standards plus pays attention to his / her personal, uniform hygiene.  
  • Other related tasks might be required from management  
  • Prepares, portioning and fills his / her daily section as per the Par Level  
  • Preparation List Vs. FIFO method during opening.  
  • Supports the person in charge to prepare the request related to the snack order.  
  • Make sure that the snack area kept cleanly, safely and securely and that the equipment is working properly.  
  • Help the team monitor the snack area conformity to fire and safety regulations.  
  • Always wear Gloves and Hairnets while pre-paring food.  
  • Provide guest services in line with our adopted Quality Policy statement to exceed their expectations and build their loyalty.
