Qualifications:

– BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field

– Very Good English

– 2 Years of experience in the same field

– Previous work experience in blue collars is a must

– Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media platforms

– Strong interpersonal and time management skills

– Strong written and verbal communications skills

– Team spirit

Responsibilities:

– Create and publish job ads in various portals

– Screen resumes and job applications

– Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidate

– Interview candidates in

-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)

– Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
