Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in any related field.

3 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in financial service industry.

Excellent command of English is a MUST.

Microsoft Proficiency is a MUST.

Excellent organization and Communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Diary management, travel arrangements and maintaining general filing systems for correspondence and documentation in line with the standard filing system for the bank Processing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting in the planning and preparations for meetings including coordinating travel requirements

Typing, filing, proofreading, data-entry, receiving phone calls and relaying messages Receiving visitors, managing contacts and correspondence internally between departments and with external stakeholders.

Maintain the general filing system for the correspondence and documentation generated from the department’s activity in line with the standard filings systems for the bank.

Perform all types of related reports.
